Welcome to Limão Stays. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, booking platform, and on-site services. By making a reservation, creating an account, or staying with us, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation number issued. Rates are quoted per room per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Check-in time is from 14:00. Early check-in may be arranged subject to availability.
- Check-out time is 11:00. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons and special events.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings where incorrect rates were displayed due to technical error.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the intimate nature of our estate.
- Flexible Rate: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before check-in. 50% refund within 24-48 hours. No refund within 24 hours.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No refund upon cancellation, but date changes may be permitted once within the same season.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Force majeure cancellations (medical emergencies, natural disasters) will be reviewed case-by-case.
3. Guest Conduct & Estate Rules
Limão Stays is a private luxury retreat. We kindly ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the estate and fellow visitors.
- Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Pets are welcome in select rooms by prior arrangement only.
- Commercial photography or events require written approval.
- Damage to property caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.
4. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Limão Stays and its owners are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
- Injury arising from guest negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
- Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to deliver your stay and will never sell your data to third parties.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
